elb.net regards the privacy of its users and visitors as a high priority. However, the security of elb.net's servers and resources are of upmost importance. In light of these sometimes conflicting responsibilities, elb.net has formed specific privacy policies for its users and visitors. elb.net Account Holders:

However, any email stored by its users in any fashion, whether as described above or specifically saved by its users, is subject to the above policies.

By default elb.net collects information regarding web page access for statistical, maintenance, security and error-correction purposes only. The information collected includes:

- Time of the request
- Name of the file(s) requested
- Referrer
- Browser name and version
- Operating system name and version
- SSL version (if appropriate)
- Encryption method (if appropriate)
Such information collected about visitors to elb.net web pages shall not be used directly or indirectly for commercial purposes. Infomation collected regarding any attempted unauthorized access to elb.net servers or resources is specifically exempted from any privacy considerations, and may be shared by elb.net representatives at its discretion or as required by law.
